Ana Rua

Ana Rua, originally from Colombia, joined Work Injury Rights in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. From the start, she developed a strong interest in workers’ compensation and the fast-paced environment of a law firm. She took initiative to learn every part of the process and quickly realized she was in the right place.

In a short time, Ana has grown into a leadership role, guiding a dedicated team and contributing to an organization that offers clear opportunities for career development.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and listening to music.
