I've used David Benn for almost 2 years now. He has handled all my worker comp issues. I had several problems with Worker Comp before hiring David and since having his help it's been smooth. I would recommend David Benn to anyone who's having issues or unsure of how to handle work related injuries. He will explain everything as your case moves along. Also he'll let you know what rights you have as an employee. Many companies try to bully you after your injured and make you come back to work, but after you have David it all goes away.
