Daniella Martinez

Daniella Martinez is originally from Venezuela, where she spent several years working in the legal field and building a strong foundation in law. After relocating to Medellín, she continued advancing her career in the Social Security sector before transitioning into workers’ compensation. This shift allowed her to expand her expertise while helping injured workers navigate the claims process and access the guidance and resources they need.

Over time, Daniella has grown into a leadership role as a Litigation Team Lead, where she is known for her organization, problem-solving abilities, and empathetic approach to both her team and the clients she serves. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
