Mrs. Eickelmann was born and raised in Concepcion, Chile. She is also an attorney admitted to
practice law in Chile. She graduated from Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción in
2008 and successfully passed the Bar exam with honors. After, she interned for the government
of Chile where she managed a variety of civil cases and successfully argued an appellate
complaint in a discrimination case receiving Outstanding Legal Qualification through the court
system.
Ms. Eickelmann moved to the United States to enhance her legal education and be trained in
both civil and common-law legal systems and successfully earned her Juris Doctor degree at
the Florida International University, School of Law (“FIU”) in 2015 and was admitted to the
Florida Bar that same year. As a law student at FIU, she earned the Dean’s List honor distinction
for four consecutive semesters, worked as a research assistant, and was part of the FIU Law
International Arbitration Moot Team that participated in the Florida Bar International Law
Section International Commercial Arbitration Pre-Moot (2014-2015). She also participated in the
Willem C. Vis Moot in Vienna, Austria, and the following year in Hong Kong. She was also part
of the FIU Law International Arbitration Spanish Moot Team for the Spanish Moot held in
Lima, Perú.
Prior to dedicating her career exclusively to Workers’ Compensation, Ms. Eickelmann
worked briefly at a prestigious arbitration Miami-based firm where she co-authored an article
with one of the partners of the law firm, published in the Revista de Mediação e Arbitragem in
Brazil.
During the first 7 years of her practice in Workers Compensation, she successfully represented
employers and insurance companies. Mrs. Eickelmann has now decided to zealously advocate
for the injured workers and use her defense knowledge and litigation skills for the benefit of her
clients.
In her spare time, Ms. Eickelmann enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and
exercising. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in French.
