Shirley Pimentel is an Attorney at workinjuryrights.com where she represents injured workers in workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining our firm, Shirley represented employers and their insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims for over four years, affording her the distinct advantage of knowing how the employers and insurance companies think, operate and defend such claims.

Shirley earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a Minor Degree in Psychology from Florida International University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where she was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. She was also the recipient of the Dade County Bar Association Women of Distinction Scholarship. In her spare time, Shirley enjoys reading, traveling and skating with her family.
